  1. Monkfish – bak choi – oyster sauce - curry oil
  2. Grilled eel – truffle rice – tamago – eel sauce - shiso

Small package per person kr. 1.600,- (above 6 courses + courses No. 7 + 8)

  1. Pigeon breast – foie gras – sorrel - beetroots
  2. Roasted black lobstertail – tempura beech mushrooms - abalone sauce
